Properties with more than five units make up 18% of residential properties in Minnesota (U.S. Census Bureau, 2013–2017). Focusing on properties with more than five units strengthens the impact of limited community resources because you have the potential to impact at least five households with one point of contact. However, it can be a large undertaking because of these properties’ unique and varied ownership and occupant structures.
