Module 3 Overview- Professional Excellence

Welcome to the final module in the Xcel Energy Contractor Training series for the Tiered Geographic Prequalification Program. This 30-minute session focuses on delivering high-quality professional service to customers in the field. This module will help you understand expectations for professionalism, prepare for consistent service delivery, and navigate challenging moments with confidence. It also serves as an ongoing training resource for field technicians completing program projects.

By the end of this module, you will be able to:
  • Use the Site Visit Checklist to deliver consistent, high-quality service 
  • Navigate challenging situations with professionalism and care 
  • Identify and respond appropriately to Red Flag Issues using available support resources
