Grant Funding Available for Wrap-Around Services!
Xcel Energy is seeking to support community-based organizations dedicated to helping individuals overcome barriers to employment. If you are interested, you may be eligible for up to $20,000 in grant funding to expand your impact.
Who Can Apply?
- Organizations that provide support services for individuals in job training or workforce development (WFD) programs that focus on skills or jobs related to heat pump installation and maintenance, insulation and air sealing, and/or energy auditing.
- Organizations that offer wrap-around services such as case management, childcare services, transportation assistance, financial literacy, mentorship, language support, and soft skills training.
- Preference for organizations serving communities in the High Country, Western Slope, and/or Southern Colorado that overlap with Xcel Energy territory.
We are looking for a limited number of participants in 2025. More to come in 2026!
