The Electrification Workforce Network was established in September 2024 with the goal of creating quality jobs and fostering an equitable and inclusive workforce in sectors related to beneficial electrification. Network members include public agencies, workforce and education providers, community-based organizations, labor organizations, and employers. The Network's first focus is on electricians and will use lessons learned from this coalition-building effort to expand into other industries.
